Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

Currently, our company supports nationwide delivery. No matter where you are within the territory of Vietnam, we can deliver your order directly to your hands.

Delivery Time

  • For customers in major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi, delivery will take 1–2 working days.

  • For customers in other provinces and cities, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 days from the time the order is placed.

Note: Delivery time is calculated after your order has been successfully confirmed by a call from our customer service representative.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping is offered for customers in major cities like Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi.

  • For customers in other provinces, the shipping fee will be based on your location and the weight of the order. The shipping fee will be informed to you before delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Your order will be canceled if our delivery staff or customer service cannot reach you after 3 contact attempts.

  • If the order is delivered but you refuse to receive it for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to the delivery staff.

  • If the order has been packed but not yet shipped, you may cancel it without any additional cost.

Responsibilities of the Logistics Service Provider

Duties:

  • Ensure complete and safe delivery of goods to the agreed location on time.

  • Deliver the goods to the rightful recipient.

  • Cover all costs related to the transport, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Purchase liability insurance as required by law.

  • Compensate for any loss or damage to goods, unless otherwise agreed or regulated by law.

Rights:

  • Verify the authenticity of the goods and shipping documents.

  • Refuse to transport goods not matching the agreed-upon type.

  • Request timely and full payment of transport fees.

  • Refuse to transport prohibited, dangerous, or toxic goods if known or should have been known.

Responsibilities of the Consignor (Customer)

Duties:

  • Pay the full shipping fee on time, using the agreed method.

  • Provide necessary information about the goods to ensure safe delivery.

  • If agreed, monitor the goods during transit. In such cases, if the goods are lost or damaged, no compensation will be provided.

Rights:

  • Request delivery of goods to the agreed place and time.

  • Receive the goods directly or assign a third party to receive them.

Liability for Damages

  • The carrier must compensate the customer if goods are lost or damaged.

  • The customer must compensate the carrier or third parties for damages caused by hazardous goods if improperly packed or handled.

  • In cases of force majeure (unforeseeable events) that result in loss or damage during transport, the carrier is not liable for compensation unless otherwise agreed or legally required.

General Regulations

  • Order processing time begins after full payment is received.

  • Delivery times can be adjusted upon customer's request.

  • Each order will be delivered up to 2 times. If the first attempt fails, our staff will contact you to arrange a second delivery. If we still cannot reach you or receive no response, the order will be canceled.

  • To check your order status, please message our Fanpage or call the hotline and provide your name and phone number for verification.

  • Upon delivery, please sign for receipt and check the quantity and type of products delivered.

  • Keep the shipping receipt and invoice for verification or return purposes.
