Return and Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Return and Exchange

*Mandatory conditions for return/exchange:

  • Must have a purchase receipt.

  • The item must be unused.

  • All accessories, packaging, and gifts (if any) must be intact.

*Items are eligible for return/exchange if:

  • The product has defects caused by the store.

  • The delivered quantity is incorrect or incomplete as per the order.

  • The product does not match the model or design that was ordered.

  • The product is scratched, broken, damaged, or rusted.

Customers are responsible for providing documents or proof of the above deficiencies to complete the return/exchange process.

*Return/exchange or refund is allowed when:

  • The warehouse does not have enough stock to fulfill the customer's order.

*Cases where return/exchange is NOT accepted:

  • The customer causes damage to the product during installation or due to improper use.

  • Changes in product model or quantity are not notified before delivery.

  • The customer damages the packaging, scratches, or installs the product.

  • The customer checks and receives the product but does not provide any feedback within 24 hours.

*Note:

  • The return/exchange policy is valid for 2 days from the date the customer confirms the order (or receives the item or places a deposit).

  • Product exchange or repair will follow the supplier’s specific regulations.

2. Notification and Return Timeframes

  • Notification period: Within 48 hours from the time of receiving the product in case of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.

  • Product return period: Within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Return location: Customers can return products directly at our office/store or send them via postal service.
