In addition, members must promptly notify our website about unauthorized use, abuse, security violations, or third-party retention of their registered name and password so that we can take appropriate action.

VI. METHODS AND TOOLS FOR USERS TO ACCESS AND EDIT THEIR PERSONAL DATA

Members have the right to check, update, adjust, or delete their personal information by contacting the website management board.
Members also have the right to submit complaints regarding information security content by contacting the website’s management board. Upon receiving feedback, we will verify the information. If the complaint is valid, we will take appropriate corrective action depending on the severity.

VII. MECHANISM FOR RECEIVING AND RESOLVING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

All disputes between the Company and Users will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, either party has the right to bring the matter to a competent People’s Court.

If negotiation or mediation fails, the aggrieved party should gather evidence such as emails or messages and contact the Company. The Company will then reach out to the complainant for resolution.
If the issue is beyond our authority, the Company will propose transferring the matter to relevant competent authorities. In such cases, we will still cooperate and support the best protection for the aggrieved party.

The management board requires individuals registering/purchasing to provide full relevant personal information (such as full name, contact address, email, phone number, etc.) and is responsible for the legality of the provided information. The management board will not be responsible for or resolve any complaints regarding member rights if the personal information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate.
