Privacy Policy

This is the information we require members to provide when requesting consultation or wanting to purchase products, so we can contact and confirm with customers via the website, ensuring consumer rights.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and storage of all activities performed using the information they provide and their email account. In addition, members must promptly notify our website about unauthorized use, abuse, security violations, or third-party retention of their registered name and password so that we can take appropriate action.

II. SCOPE OF INFORMATION USE

We use the information provided by members to:

  • Confirm and deliver orders upon members' requests;

  • Provide product information upon customer request;

  • Send marketing and promotional emails about goods we offer;

  • Send notifications regarding website activities;

  • Communicate and resolve issues with users in special cases;

  • Not use users' personal information for purposes other than confirmation and communication related to transactions;

  • Provide information upon request from judicial authorities including: the Procuracy, courts, or investigating police agencies regarding legal violations by customers

Personal data of members will be stored until there is a request for deletion from the management board. Otherwise, members' personal information will be kept confidential on our servers in all cases.

Entities that may access customer personal information include:

  • Employees of the company;

  • Partners who have signed service contracts with the Company. These partners will receive information as per the contractual agreement (may include part or all of the information depending on the terms) to assist users in using the services provided by the Company.

VI. METHODS AND TOOLS FOR USERS TO ACCESS AND EDIT THEIR PERSONAL DATA

Members have the right to check, update, adjust, or delete their personal information by contacting the website management board.
Members also have the right to submit complaints regarding information security content by contacting the website’s management board. Upon receiving feedback, we will verify the information. If the complaint is valid, we will take appropriate corrective action depending on the severity.

VII. MECHANISM FOR RECEIVING AND RESOLVING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

All disputes between the Company and Users will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, either party has the right to bring the matter to a competent People’s Court.

If negotiation or mediation fails, the aggrieved party should gather evidence such as emails or messages and contact the Company. The Company will then reach out to the complainant for resolution.
If the issue is beyond our authority, the Company will propose transferring the matter to relevant competent authorities. In such cases, we will still cooperate and support the best protection for the aggrieved party.

Members' personal information is committed to being kept absolutely confidential under our personal information protection policy. Information collection and use will only occur with the customer's consent unless otherwise required by law.

We do not use, transfer, provide, or disclose members’ personal information to any third party without their permission.

In the event that our information server is attacked by hackers, leading to loss of member data, we will inform relevant authorities for timely investigation and notify affected members.

We ensure absolute confidentiality of all online transaction information, including digital invoices, accounting documents, etc.

The management board requires individuals registering/purchasing to provide full relevant personal information (such as full name, contact address, email, phone number, etc.) and is responsible for the legality of the provided information. The management board will not be responsible for or resolve any complaints regarding member rights if the personal information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate.
