Inspection Policy

1. Definition

Goods inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/items received in the shipment from gaoongdu.vn with those listed in the customer’s order.

2. Inspection Timing

gaoongdu.vn allows customers to inspect the goods together with the delivery staff at the time of receipt (or within 30 minutes after receiving the package).

If, after receiving the package, the customer detects any issues, they can contact our Customer Service Department for support on return/exchange.

Note: Please record a video while unboxing for reference in case verification is needed.

3. Scope of Inspection

Customers are allowed to count the number of received items and compare them with the confirmed order based on the following criteria:

  • Based on the basic attributes of the product: product name, quantity, and customer information shown on order documents.

  • Based on the product images and model displayed at the time of ordering and confirmed by staff.

Important rules:

  • Do not open or break seals on products that have tamper-evident seals.

  • Do not scratch off codes on products that include rewards, points, or gifts.

  • Please do not use or open any product while there are still unresolved inspection issues.

4. Procedures for Handling Incorrect Orders

If, during the inspection, you discover that the received product does not match your order, please contact our Customer Service Hotline: (+084) 7.8283.3839 for verification.

If gaoongdu.vn packed the wrong item(s), you may refuse to accept the delivery and make no payment. In cases where payment has already been made, you may request a replacement order or a full refund, which will be processed as soon as possible.
